If you need help right now

Solace Space offers scheduled consultations and treatment. We are not a crisis or emergency service, and we cannot respond in the moment if you are in danger.

Immediate danger

If you or someone you love is in immediate danger of suicide or self-harm, call or text 988 (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7). You can also text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line, 24/7). 988 offers Spanish-language and Deaf / Hard of Hearing options.

Medical emergency

If someone is fainting, having chest pain, cannot keep food or fluids down, or a doctor has said they are medically unstable, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. You can reach out to us about next steps after they are safe.

Eating-disorder-specific helplines

These lines can offer support and referrals. They are staffed during listed hours, not around the clock.

NEDA no longer staffs a 24/7 phone helpline. Their screening tool is still available.

If you are reaching out for someone you love

You can still use 988. For caregiver education and community, F.E.A.S.T. supports families of people with eating disorders. Our families page explains how to contact Solace Space when the person you love is not ready to talk yet.

When you are safe

If you want to explore care with us, you can request a consultation. There is no referral required. That path is for planning, not for an unfolding emergency.
